A mountain Peak

I gaze at the top of the mountain's peak.
A place so high I dare not seek.
The mysteries on the heights seem to say,
"Come and unravel me, you'll find the way."
I long to find the secrets hidden on the lonely top.
To have the zeal and tireless diligence through every
step and not stop.
To be free from gravity and pressures that bind.
That's what I will see at the lonely top, what I will find.

July 4th

Hello everyone,

Hope you all had a wonderful 4th. and remembered all the veterans of the past wars and today. We do appreciate those that are protecting our country. Many of them are giving their lives. We pray that these wars will stop and every heart will be at peace. All wars start within the hearts of human beings as their soul and spirit are at war with each other. We pray that the leaders of every country will find that peace within, and then those living in that country will find peace in their own beings. God of this universe, bring peace, peace, peace.

Beautiful Morning

Greetings, all you beautiful people,

Look in the mirror and know,
that you are made in God's image and it is so.
This is the day to keep your eyes on the path of life,
not looking to and fro, as you entertain strife.
There is beauty all around us if we will open our eyes to see.
Past the dark conflict of lack and need, to the light of life and be free.
Finding the principle of life, no more giving vent to the war within.
Peace coming to you as it fills the place where the struggle had been.
Suddenly, scales fall from your eyes as beauty surrounds you.
Like seeing for the first time, a new world in view.

New Day

In this day of turmoil and corruption

It seems everything is falling, causing an eruption

Man corrupted and blind

Closed to redemption in his mind

Deep within a people without observation

A sound being heard without conversation

A mighty change is taking place

A spirit of love is interlaced

Christ appearing in His own

To the world they will be shown

To bring change to every order

To give a drink of fresh water

Sound being heard, the ticking of the clock

This dispensation passing, the time is locked

Man’s corrupted heart changed, passing away

Raised to a higher order in this new day

In the midst of chaos, this holy quietness

Breaking through the womb, shining in His likeness

Lift up your eyes, your redemption draweth nigh

Bearing a surprise for you, lifting you high

I am still confident of this:

I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

Be strong and take heart, and wait for the Lord.

Silver Lining of the Truth in Poetry
